# What you need:

→ Pudding Layer

01 - 2 cups cold whole milk
02 - 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

→ Cookie Crumble

03 - 16 chocolate sandwich cookies

→ Cream Layer

04 - 1 cup whipped topping, thawed

→ Decorations

05 - 6 marshmallow bunny Peeps
06 - 1/4 cup candy-coated chocolate eggs
07 - 2 tablespoons green-tinted shredded coconut

# How to make it:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant chocolate pudding mix for 2 minutes until thickened. Set aside to further thicken for 5 minutes.
02 - Place the chocolate sandwich cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
03 - Set out 6 clear cups. Spoon approximately 1/4 cup chocolate pudding into the bottom of each cup.
04 - Add a heaping tablespoon of whipped topping over the pudding in each cup, smoothing lightly.
05 - Sprinkle 2 to 3 tablespoons of crushed cookies over the whipped topping to create a dirt layer.
06 - Gently press a marshmallow bunny into each cup so it stands upright in the dirt.
07 - Decorate with candy-coated chocolate eggs and sprinkle green-tinted coconut around the bunny to resemble grass.
08 - Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

# Helpful Hints:

01 -
  • Zero cooking required means you can make these while your kids actually help without anyone getting burned.
  • The reveal when someone digs into the cup and finds that first burst of chocolate is pure joy every single time.
  • They're naturally portion-controlled and honestly, adults sneak them from the fridge just as much as the kids do.
02 -
  • If you skip the whipped topping layer and go straight cookie-to-pudding, the cookies absorb moisture and turn into a soggy mess within an hour—the topping acts as a crucial moisture barrier.
  • Crushing cookies in a food processor creates powder instead of crumbs, so the rolling pin method genuinely produces better texture and a more authentic dirt appearance.
03 -
  • Use clear cups or glasses so everyone can see those gorgeous layers—the visual appeal is half the charm, and opaque cups feel like a missed opportunity.
  • If your whipped topping starts to melt before serving, store the assembled cups in the fridge for no more than two hours, and add decorations just before bringing them to the table.
