# Helpful Hints:

01 -
  • It tastes like a treat but actually keeps you full and energized for hours.
  • Takes five minutes from thought to sip, which means you can make it even on mornings when you're running late.
  • Works equally well as a post-gym recovery drink or a guilt-free dessert smoothie when you're craving something sweet.
02 -
  • Don't use hot ingredients or it'll warm the whole drink; everything should be cold before you blend, and ice matters more than you'd think.
  • Protein powder brands vary wildly in how sweet they are—taste as you go and adjust honey accordingly, otherwise you might end up with something too sugary.
  • If your strawberries are really tart, the smoothie needs that sweetness to shine, but if they're already sweet, you might skip the honey entirely.
03 -
  • Prep your strawberries the night before and freeze them in a bag so you always have smoothie-ready berries waiting, which takes decision-making out of your morning.
  • If your smoothie separates after sitting, that's just the liquid and thick parts saying hello to each other—give it a quick stir or just accept the texture change and keep drinking.
