01 - 24 large fresh strawberries

02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened

# How to make it:
01 - Rinse strawberries and pat dry. Hull each using a paring knife, then gently scoop out additional flesh to form cavities for filling.
02 - In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
03 - Place cheesecake filling into a piping bag or resealable plastic bag with a corner snipped off, then pipe filling into each strawberry cavity generously.
04 - Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the filled strawberries.
05 - Arrange strawberries on a serving platter. Chill for 10 minutes if desired before serving.
